Registration is required for individuals requesting information and demos only. We ask contact information, such as their name, title, organization, department, physical address, phone number, e-mail address, and the number of employees at their location. Our paid subscribers have the option of updating their account information, but it is not required for use.
DS may receive data from you as part of the communication connection itself - the standard electronic greeting between your computer, the network, and our servers. This information often consists of network routing (where you came from), equipment information (browser type), date and time. A history is stored information that we keep on individual users or business segments or corporations that details their viewing preferences and stored settings. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password. Consequently, collected information is tied to the user's personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user.
